Is the License tied to hardware?

Yes. Every player has a unique ID and license is tied to the player ID. Also license is tied to the username at pisignage.com or domain name in case of white-labelled servers.

How to get the license back if device goes bad?

For managed players, when you delete a player the license is credited back to your account. If you face any issues, please write to us at support@pisignage.com.

Do I have to purchase player license for open-source server usage?

Yes. Only subscription charges need not be paid in case you are planning to use open-source server.

Is there any other way of making payment other than PayPal?
